Main usage and application
TBBWZ series high-voltage line reactive power automatic compensation device is suitable for 6-10kV transmission lines and installed on outdoor poles. It is used to improve power factor, reduce line loss and improve voltage quality.

Features
1. The capacitor has a built-in fuse and a discharge resistor, which self-discharges after power off to ensure safe operation.

The advanced intelligent reactive power compensation controller is adopted as the control core, which can display various circuit parameters, such as: current, voltage, active, reactive power, power factor, current and voltage distortion rate, and harmonic content rate. The daily punctual data and daily statistical data are stored for more than 200 days, up to 800 days. The controller has "four remote" (remote measurement, remote control, remote adjustment, remote signaling) functions.
7. On-site and remote communication, it can realize real-time and regular call of various power parameters, modify control parameters, and switch capacitors remotely. Short-range (30-50m) wireless communication realize field meter reading of handheld computer data.
8. The capacitor configuration has a minimum capacity of 50kvar and a maximum capacity of 900kvar of each group. The configuration can be a fixed group, a group of automatic switching, or two groups of automatic switching.
Structure
1. Drop-out fuse, as short-circuit protection and double as an isolating switch, the upper end connects from the high-voltage line, and the lower end is connected to the arrester and the box.
2. Lightning arrester for absorbing operation overvoltage.
3. Sealed switch box, the top is a sleeve for inlet line, there is voltage transformer (for vacuum switch operation power supply and voltage protection), current transformer, vacuum contactor in the box. Other controllers and indicators are installed in the control box, which is isolated from the high voltage part.
4. External capacitor type, there is an outlet bushing on the side of the box, and the capacitors are distributed on one side of the box, respectively connected to this outlet bushing. The top of the box is a rain cover and a lifting ring is used for lifting. The switch box is installed on the platform between the two poles, and the control box is fixed on the pole.
5. Sampling current transformers, a dedicated outdoor open-type current transformer installed in phase A of the line.
