1. Q: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, can you factory accept customized products?

2. Q: How long could I get my order?

A: For stock Products: shipping within 5 days. For customized products: usually 10-15 days. It depends on your design and quantity.

3. Q: How is your production management and quality control system?

A: All our product process follows up ISO9001. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide error–free products to our customers. We will show you these in our workshop during your visiting.

4. Q: How can I get a sample to check the quality?

A: We are glad to offer you samples for test. Leave us message of the item you want and your city address. We will offer you detail sample packing information, and select the best way to deliver it.
