Orange lemon specialized washing machine can adopt Bubble Washing +Roller +Spraying combined type washing,

it can completely reomove the fruit surface stains.

Accroding to processing technic and batch quatity,it can be divided into two format:-----roller and spraying washingbefore bubble washing

Brief Introduction:

1.There is bubble generator in the pool,the air bubble can make fruits tumbling during washing so that

the fruits can be maximum washed.the float go out from overflow tank,deposit goes out from water outlet.

In this way,the material can be completely washed.

2.The Ozone Generator can also be installed in the pool to disinfect and sterilize as per customer special requirment.

3.The washed fruits can be automaticly lifted to next process through conveyor mesh belt,

the mesh belt speed can be freely set as per requirment(Frequency converter control) .

4.There is spraying device in climb lift section,which can secondary wash and spray the material.

The Roller and spraying part can remove the Stubborn stains and soil sticking to the material surface,

the high pressure spraying valve can flush the stubborn stains removed by roller.

5.The machine is equiped with circulating water pump,the water can be recycling,which can save water.

The water filter can also be equiped according to customer special need,it can filt 50micron impurity.

6.The machine is made of good quality SUS304,which is durable ,easy to maintain,and up to

standard of international food industry.The electric appliances control parts adopt domestic famous brands,

it can also be used import famous brand electrical components according to customer requirments.
