The brine injection machine is used to inject brine, starch, soy protein and auxiliary ingredients into the meat for full
marination. Relying on advanced technology and mechanical devices, the marinade is injected into the product through the injectionneedle to make it evenly distributed in products.

Thus the products will be marinated quickly and added extra flavors while maintaining meat nutrition and strengthening texture. According to different process requirements, the conveying speed, conveying distance, clearance between meat-pressing plates can be adjusted, thus the marinade can be evenly and continuously injected into the meat to achieve the most best injection effect.

* The meat with bones can also be injected. The machine is equipped with the automatic needles protection device. The needles can lift automaticly when touch the hard matter to avoid damage.

* The mating material barrels can make injection curing recyle, No wasting!
* It is also applied in fish, sea cucumber, poultry products by changing needle.
