Maintenance process

	1. Oil drain Unscrew the hex screw at the end of the ball valve, connect the oil drain pipe, put the screw oil inside the air compressor through the oil pipe, and place it in the dirty oil barrel prepared in advance.
	2. Change the air filter Loosen the locking ring screw, take out the air filter element, blow the filter element with compressed air or replace the filter element.
	3. Change the oil filter Use a chain wrench to hold the oil filter first, then rotate it counterclockwise to remove the oil filter. Then install the new oil filter.

4. Change oil core
The disassembly method of the external oil core is the same as that of the oil filter. After screwing out, install a new oil core. It is found that the oil consumption of the screw machine is relatively fast in later use. Please replace the oil core as soon as possible.

5. Parameter reset
After the maintenance of the three filters is completed, the setting parameters need to be adjusted so that the equipment can automatically time the maintenance cycle.
