A. Pressure line filter:

B. Oil return filter
It is installed on the oil return line at the end of the system, and its role is to filter out the pollutants generated or intruded in the system before returning to the fuel tank. Therefore it is one of the most important filters to control the cleanliness of the system pollution. Although it is a low-pressure pipeline, depending on the operating conditions of the transmission, pulsations or pressure shocks may also occur. Therefore, the material and strength of the components must be fully considered.

The material of the oil return filter element is mainly divided into glass fiber type, paper type, mesh type and line gap type.
Glass fiber filter element has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil permeability, less original pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Paper filter element, compared with glass fiber, the overall performance is weak, the filtration accuracy is defined by the manufacturer according to the nominal accuracy. Mesh type and line gap type generally use metal wire mesh as the filtering material. The advantage is that it can be cleaned repeatedly and used many times. The disadvantage is that the filtering effect is poor, and it is now rarely used in hydraulic oil return pipelines.
C. Suction filter
This filter is a coarse filter and is generally installed at the oil suction port of the oil pump to protect the oil pump from inhaling large mechanical impurities. The filter has a simple structure, a large oil passing capacity, and a small resistance. And there are two types of pipe, flange connection, sub-network type, line gap type. The oil suction filter can be installed directly on the side, upper or bottom of the fuel tank. The oil suction cylinder penetrates below the liquid level in the fuel tank.
