Q: How many people does it take to set up and pack up a regular size inflatables?

A: One person could easily operate a regular 13'x13'(4mx4m) size bounce house, cost about 10 minutes.

Q: How long does it take to deliver the inflatable product to the client’s place?

A: by sea would be 25-29 days, by air would be 10-11 days, by express would be 5-7 days.

Q: Can adults get into the inflatables?

A: Absolutely. Our moonwalks, combos, slides, and obstacles are built to withstand adult use. In fact, you might be surprised just how many adults use our inflatables!

Q: Can print our logo on the inflatables?
A: Yes. This may be extra charged depending on quantity, printing color and size (usually from free charge to US$150). You may send us high resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.

Q: Can you design one specially?

A: Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements, then we will do it for you. 

Q: What kind of guarantee you give?

A: 2-3 years' limited warranty. It’s long distance to ship goods back, so we send repair kit for every inflatable 

product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material) to mend it, and we are happy to guide you through if there’s any problem.  

Q: How to pay?

A: We accept payments mainly by T/T (bank wire transfer), Western Union, Money Gram,

Paypal or Escrow. Generally 30% deposit, balance before shipping (100% for urgent 

orders). Also, you can send us payment receipt/slip to get production started first because international remittance usually takes 3-5 working days.
