A: Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.

Q: What about the lead time?
A:  It depends on the quantity. Normally 10 to 12 working days after receiving the deposit and sample confirmation.

Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

A: Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. 

Q: What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
A: DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.

Q: How do you compute the shipping charges?
A: We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.

Q: Do you have MOQ?
A: Yes, normally 3000-5000pcs. Also it depends on the specifications, workmanship and special material.

Q: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality, how will you do?
A: Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be same as samples.
