Its environmental protection is reflected in the fact that compared with the traditional papermaking process, the production process does not produce waste water, waste gas, or waste residue, and the product can be degraded naturally, which is a pollution-free green environmental protection project. Energy saving is reflected in the entire production without water (traditional papermaking consumes 100 tons of fresh water for every ton of paper produced, and the production process does not add water), and does not consume forest resources (the main raw material of traditional papermaking is forest resources, and the main production process The raw materials are coal gangue, slag and other calcium carbonate stones). Compared with traditional papermaking, the annual production of 120,000 tons of environmentally friendly paper can save 24 million cubic meters of fresh water resources; it can save 2.4 million woods each year, which is equivalent to 324,000 mu of tree planting. Emission reduction is reflected in the traditional papermaking needs to strengthen acid, strong alkali and other chemical raw materials due to bleaching, which will produce a large amount of polluted wastewater discharged into the river. However, this production process does not require water and bleaching, so no polluting wastewater is discharged.
