About Melt-blown Nonwoven Fabric, Ear-Loop & Disposable Protective Respirator

In order to produce the high-quality melt-blown fabric, disposable protective respirator and ear-loop , Haite Co., Ltd has built a clean workshop with one hundred thousand class standard. In the clean workshop of the first phase, we have 12 large production lines for producing melt-blown fabric, the daily output is about 15 tons. At the same time ,we have 15 large production lines for producing disposable protective respirator , the daily output is about 1.2 million, we have 20 production lines for producing ear-loop, the daily output is about 3 tons.

Our clean workshop has the function of constanting the temperature and purifying air, air exchange rate is more than 20 times per hour, the production temperature is kept at 28 degrees yearly, and the particle per cubic meter is strictly controlled within 100,000. All the installations satisfy the requirements of producing and managing for medical apparatuses.
