The muffle furnace is kind of a box type electric heating oven for high temperature applications, it can be used for chemical analysis, physical testing, small steel parts heat treatment, either in workshop or laboratory.

Our MLS series muffle furnace integrates high quality Silicon molybdenum rod (MoSi2),imported high quality hearth, UL Certificated electronic board (optional), UL certificate transformer (optional), professional software (optional), to reach higher quality, easier operation, longer tooling life.

1. High quality Silicon molybdenum heating rods

1.1 Silicon molybdenum heating rods(MoSi2) heat end diameter D1 is 7mm, not easy to bend, lower load with stick surface, longer tooling life.

1.2 Heat bend technology, uniform electric resistance, longer tooling life

1.3 Lu cool end length is 210mm (normally use 180mm), longer cool end length enable lower furnace top temperature.

1.4 Silicon molybdenum rod surface oxide film amorphous dense, better protection of silicon molybdenum rods.
