Description of Corn Chips Seasoner Machine

This small scale fried food flavoring machine is easy to operate, high output, uniform mixing, automatic discharging, made of stainless steel, and can season and mix any food. It is a special seasoning and mixing tool for puffed food. It adopts decelerating motor and gear rotation, so that the puffed food is not broken, stirring evenly, and easy to operate. It is made of stainless steel. It is currently the most advanced food seasoning equipment in China. Operating Steps

(1) Connect the equipment to the power source. This equipment uses 220v power input, the output roller motor is: 380v, and the dusting motor is 220v.

(2) Start the roller motor and the roller will slowly start to normal speed. Start the dusting motor, and the dusting device starts to work.

(3) The raw materials that need to be stirred for seasoning are fed into the seasoning machine slowly and continuously from the inlet end with a conveyor or manually. 

(1) Turn on the powder-spreading motor to make the seasoning even spray on the drum.

(2)  Check all operating parts and work after confirming normal operation.

(6) If the rotation speed is too high, you can turn the knob of the inverter to the left, and the rotation speed can be slow, and the low cannot be lower than 70% of the high rotation speed. The inclination of the drum can be raised.

Working Principle

When the material falls into the drum, it is driven by the stirring blade to move upwards, falls from above, and mixes with the seasoning powder. During the working process, there is always seasoning in the dusting box. If the seasoning is found to be insufficient, add it in time.
