On October 7, 2020, the European Commission issued an announcement to make an affirmative final determination on the anti-dumping of certain hot rolled stainless steel sheets and coils originating in China, Taiwan and Indonesia. The tax rates are shown in the table below. The customs codes of the products involved are 721911, 721912, 721913, 721914, 721922, 721923, 721924, 722011 and 722012. The dumping and injury investigation period of this case is from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The injury analysis period is from January 1, 2016 to the end of dumping and injury investigation period.

On August 12, 2019, the European Commission announced that, in response to the European Steel Association's application filed on June 28, 2019 on behalf of the European Steel Association, the European Commission has initiated an anti-dumping investigation on hot-rolled stainless steel coils originating in China, Taiwan and Indonesia. On April 8, 2020, the European Commission issued an announcement to make an affirmative preliminary determination on anti-dumping of hot-rolled stainless steel coils originating in China, Taiwan and Indonesia.
