Product Introduction
KSRYSS14G type hand-brush strainer is a filtering device that can filter and clean at the same time. It is composed of cylinder(carbon steel or stainless steel ), stainless steel brush, stainless steel wedge filter, pressure and sewage valve. When the fluid passes through the filter, impurities will be trapped on the inner wall of the filter cartridge. When a certain pressure difference occurs between the inlet and outlet pressure gauges, there is no need to stop the filter to be disassembled. Just open the drain valve and turn the handle to make the brush act on the inner wall of the filter cartridge. In a circular motion, the impurities are brushed off the smooth inner wall of the filter cartridge, then rinsed and discharged, and the cleaning process can be completed at this time. Cleaning can be carried out during the working process of the filter, without interruption of flow, without affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

Features of product
The strainer has a reasonable structure and materials, the shell is made of high-quality carbon steel, or stainless steel according to user requirements; the stainless steel brush uses inorganic materials (good elasticity, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance) and stainless steel brush holder Composition: The filter net adopts stainless steel wedge-shaped net, its filtering and cleaning effect is much better than punching net and textile net, and the bristles are not easy to damage when washing the net. When in use, only the handle outside the brush holder needs to be turned slightly.
Notes for use
Keep the filter cavity clean before installation to prevent impurities from entering and affecting the use effect.
When the filter is tested for hydraulic strength, the intake valve should be closed first. After the test is completed, use 0.6MPA air pressure to conduct airtightness test on the filter, differential pressure gauge and pressure guide tube. After the pressure is stabilized, slowly open the two intake valves at the same time to avoid damage to the differential pressure gauge caused by excessive unilateral pressure
According to the working conditions on site, it is recommended to periodically drain and clean the filter.
KMO reminds that when the pressure difference table shows that the inlet and outlet pressure difference reaches 0.03MPA (or specified by the user), it is recommended to clean the filter element. Cut off the inlet and outlet valves of the filter, and ensure that there is no pressure and medium in the inner cavity, take out the detachable filter element, use a brush to gently remove impurities, and then clean and reload. If the cleanliness of the filter element still cannot meet the working conditions after cleaning, it is recommended to replace with a new filter element.
After each cleaning, you need to re-test to ensure the tightness of the product, and replace the air in the filter with nitrogen.
Close the intake valve before venting, and slowly open the two intake valves at the same time after the pressure is stable, to avoid damage to the differential pressure gauge caused by excessive unilateral pressure.
