Product Introduction

The vibration measuring instrument is a newly designed machine condition monitoring instrument based on microprocessor. It has the functions of vibration detection, bearing condition analysis and infrared temperature measurement. Its operation is simple, automatic state indication alarm, very suitable for field equipment operation and maintenance personnel monitoring equipment status, timely detection of problems, to ensure the normal and reliable operation of equipment.

Product Function

Vibration measurement: Vibration speed, acceleration and displacement values can be measured. When the vibration speed reading is maintained, the instrument immediately compares the built-in ISO10816-3 vibration standard to automatically indicate the machine alarm status.

Bearing condition detection: The BG and BV values of bearing state can be measured, which represent the effective values of acceleration and vibration speed of high frequency vibration respectively. When the reading of bearing status is maintained, the instrument automatically indicates the alarm status of the bearing according to the built-in empirical rules.
