Electromagnetic vibration generator system
Product Description
Electromagnetic vibration generator system is a basic instrument for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance in factories. It is also a powerful tool for equipment reliability management and TPM. It is simple to operate, suitable for equipment maintenance and spot inspection personnel, and also suitable for production operators. It can be used to measure, record and track machine status, find abnormalities, and can diagnose and monitor common machine vibration faults.
Product Application
Applied in transmission motors, cash machines, generators, transmission, fans, turbines, etc.
Determination of Measuring Method
1. Vibration analyzer can not be used as the sole basis for determining the overhaul period of equipment, but it is very necessary to use it as a reference condition. Because of the low rotational speed of pumps, fans and other equipment, vibration is not the only harm to them. For example, sometimes it is not a problem to use vibrometer to detect, but the impeller is seriously corroded and needs to be repaired. Therefore, the determination of equipment overhaul cycle should be considered comprehensively from the test results of vibrometer, cumulative operating time and efficiency of equipment, etc.
2. It's also very necessary to use vibration analyzer as a means of acceptance after overhaul of equipment. It should be pointed out that, due to the different degree of new and old equipment, the inspection value of acceptance should not be uniformly stipulated. The inspection value before the overhaul of the acceptance pump group should be taken as the basis, and the inspection value after the overhaul of the acceptance pump group should be taken as the basis, and the value after the overhaul should be lower than the value before the overhaul. In addition, the application of vibrometer can also find problems in the installation of pumps (including poor alignment, long-term loosening of foot bolts), as well as the phenomenon of pump cavitation.
In a word, the use of vibration analyzer in conjunction with other detection instruments is conducive to the analysis of the operation status of the equipment.
