The Gedi closed-loop dehumidification heat pump dryer is used in the drying process, its main principle is to use the heat pump compressor to heat the hot air in the drying room repeatedly and absorb the moisture in the material. The heat pump evaporator condenses and removes water while absorbing heat in the hot and humid air to provide heat for drying and dehydration, so as to cycle repeatedly and finally realize the continuous drying of the material.

The principle of heat pump dryer the heat pump dryer uses the inverse Carnot principle to absorb the heat of the air and transfer it to the room to improve the temperature of the drying room and cooperate with the corresponding equipment to realize the drying of materials.
The heat pump dryer consists of compressor-heat exchanger (internal machine)-throttle-heat absorber (external engine)-compressor and other devices to form a circulation system (mainframe + drying room).
The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor.
It completes the gaseous step-up heating process in the compressor (the temperature is as high as 115 ℃), it enters the internal machine to release high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room, and at the same time it is cooled and converted into a liquid state, when it runs to the external machine, the liquid quickly absorbs heat and evaporates again into a gaseous state, while the temperature drops to minus 20 ℃-30 ℃, then the air around the heat absorber will continuously transfer heat to the refrigerant.
The refrigerant circulates continuously to transport the heat in the air to the air temperature in the drying room and the heating room.
