3. Advanced matrix "fuzzy control" heating system is unique and special designed for temperature control system, which ensure the precision and even/balance of temperature control to best state and makes heating elements long life.
4. Inside of heating oven, at top of oven there will be installed air convection system, which not only can ensure the much more homogeneous temperature, top quality of finished glass flatness, but also quite suitable for more kinds of glass, such as coated glass and heat reflective glass tempering.
5. For the temperature measurement we select the most advanced and latest "modularization" central collection control system, which highly improve the precision and good reliability of temperature measurement, as well decrease 80% failure rate if comparing with the normal measurement method.
6. The furnace is airtight structure, insulating materials are imported materials with perfect performance. It needs 4 -8 hours to rise temperatures from 20℃ to 700℃. When the outlet surface temperature of oven is no more than 40℃, it's less 15℃ for natural decreasing temperatures. The production energy is low.
7. The heating furnace is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part can freely move up and down by the roof lifting mechanism for easy repairing. The ceramic roller is imported with the good quality and long life.
