The Mirror effect Inks are used for second surface decoration of transparent plastics (ABS,AS,PS) and films (PC, PMMA, rigid PVC, pre-treated PET films) and glass, the hardness of more than 4H high hardness strengthen substrates.

We offer a vast of selection of Mirror-like inks and primer solution for various substrates.The mirror-like screen printing ink is a one pack air drying ink that can offer mirror appearance by printing on the back side of transparent materials, While drying, the metal pigments are aligned parallel to the substrate’s reverse side. Viewed through the transparent material from the first surface, the pigments create a mirror like effect.,surface chrome-like effect.

Guide of usage
Screen plate:100T—140T Screen Printing plate
Squeegee: Recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane squeegee.
Reference dosage: 300 mesh size silkscreen for about 25 ㎡/㎏
Drying: Natural drying, surface drying for 10-25 minutes, solid drying for more than 60 minutes (depending on the climate and printing environment).
Thinner: Generally, there is no need for thinner. If thinner is needed, it is necessary to use our company's special supporting environmental thinner to avoid affecting the mirror-effect.
Silkscreen cleaning: Use organic solvent cleaning.
NOTES
Keeping the substrate clean,no oil, on duck.
After opening, it must be fully stirred evenly to prevent screen blocking, do not print where there is a lot of air.
The screen spacing should be smaller, the tension of the screen should be slightly lower, and the printing pressure of the scraper should be reduced appropriately.
In order to prevent the reduction of mirror gloss after ink absorption of water, so in the printing and storage the ink should avoid moisture; after printing, the ink’s surface drying needs to keep low temperature and dry environment.
Due to the different quality and characteristics of various printing materials, and the transparency, smoothness, and solvent resistance of the material will affect the final effect, so it is necessary to test the actual materials first;
After taking the ink, cover it and store it in a dry and cool place where away from direct sunlight
The screen plate should be cleaned immediately when not printed, the remaining ink can’t be poured into the original ink to avoid hardening.

The ink should be sealed after use, away from the fire, 5℃ - 25℃ conditions can be stored for a year, avoid strong light exposure, prevent contact with strong acid, alkali.
Emergency treatment measures
If the eye is splashed, wash with clean water immediately. In serious cases, seek medical advice.
Fire first aid measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish fire.
Hazardous substances, category iv, category II, petroleum.
Before processing this product, users should be responsible for the ink treatment based on MSDS.
