NAB0.2 Updated mini size air shaft brake for winding and unwinding

NAB0.2 is an update mini and compact air shaft brake, it is used for light torque, small size precision machine for rotating part braking. This NAB air shaft brake is design and made by Handong company, it can alternative NIIKA NAB pneumatic brake, HAC HDB air brake, ASAHI BSB shaft mounted brake with superior quality and competitive price. 

NAB model pneumatic brake is industrial friction type brake. It can be used as a brake and tension controller. When used as a tension controller, its braking force is less than used as a brake's braking force, adjusting air pressure less than 0.6Mpa.

It reduced heat generated from friction by cooling plate mounted on disc with hub. Friction plate is two-cut style, using screw driver to take out head inside screw through hole of disc with hub, in order to replace friction linings.

Use air pressure as power source, it is safe and economic. There are some models of it: NAB-5, NAB-10(T), NAB-20(T), NAB-40(T), NAB-65(T), braking torque is 53N.m to 636N.m when air pressure is 0.6Mpa. Its max air pressure is 6 bar, when the air pressure less, its braking force is lees, too.

NAB model air brake is standard shaft brake, it is normally releasing. Torque adjustment range is wide, easy installation, good heat dissipation, long service life. This brake is widely used in food machinery, printing machinery, packaging machinery, tire machinery and other machinery.
