Function Overview:
Filter material efficiency test bench, suitable for testing filter material efficiency of 40-99.9% grade, testing filter material according to international standard. The design of the whole test bench is compact, light, and only needs to provide appropriate power and compressed air (no water, no oil) during the operation of the test, suitable for laboratory, factory and other occasions.
Design principle
It is stipulated that particle counting method is used to measure the diameter efficiency in filter paper test. Both monodisperse and polydisperse aerosols can be used in the experiment. The difference between the two methods lies in the aerosol generation method and the particle counting method. The pressure drop shall be measured at the specified filtration rate.
The filter paper is fixed on the fixture, and the test air volume corresponds to the required filter speed. The aerosol produced by the aerosol generator is adjusted (for example, the evaporation of the solvent), then neutralized by electrostatic (DOP), mixed evenly with the filtered test air, and then into the filtration material in the test area.
To measure efficiency, one air is drawn upstream and one downstream of the filter. Using the particle counting instrument, the counting concentration of each particle size in the sampled airflow was measured, and then the measured efficiency was obtained through the ratio of upstream and downstream.
In addition, it is necessary to measure the filter resistance during the test, and manually adjust the flow control.
The machine meets the reference standards:
