Purpose

It's for testing the rigidity of a helmet, measure the extend of deformation after applying a certain load on a helmet

Testing procedure

1. According to the standard requirement installation the helmet

2. Open the power

3. An initial load of 30N shall be applied

4. As 20mm/min speed rate increase 100N ,keep 2 minutes, until 630N, the distance between the plates shall be measured

5. As 20mm/min speed rate reduce 30N , the distance between the plates shall be measured
