It's according to IEC61730-2:2016 testing standard
Purpose
To determine whether any front and rear surfaces of the pv module made of polymeric materials are capable of withstanding routine handling during installation and maintenance without exposing personnel to the danger of electric shock

Testing Fixture
1.The raw material:Use adopt carbon steel blade
2.The steel blade thickness:0.64mm±0.05mm ( It’s suffficiently rigid as not to be bend
sideways during the test)
3.The top angle of steel blade :90±2° and with rounded with radius 0.115mm±0.025mm
4. The blade supply the force : 8.9N±0.5N

Testing procedure
1. Position the PV Module horizontally with the test surface facing upward
2. The test fixture is to be placed on the surface for 1 min and then drawn across the surface of the pv module at a speed of 150mm/s±30mm/s, repeat the procedure five times in different directions considering the most critical points
3. Repeat step 1 and step 2 for other polymeric surface of the pv module if applicable
