Introduction

The thickness of the non-magnetic coating on the magnetic metal substrate and the thickness of the non-conductive coating on the non-magnetic metal substrate can be measured by thecoating thickness meter without damage. The coating thickness gauge has the characteristics of small measurement error, high reliability, good stability and easy operation. It is an indispensable testing instrument to control and ensure the quality of the product. It is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, Commodity inspection and other detection areas.

Measurment Methods:

Our coating thickness meter has two different way to meter the thickness of coating.

Magnetic Measurment

For the magnetic material on the non-magnetic layer thickness measurement. Conductive material is generally: steel iron silver nickel. This method of measurement is of high accuracy.

Eddy Current Measurment

Applicable to non - conductive layer thickness measurement on conductive metal.
