A: Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are

acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-5 days , mass production needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity

more than one container.

A: We are the factory with high production capacity and product range of solar

products in China.

Q4.How to choose the system Voltage 12V/24V?

A: We could design the system for you . Usually 12V system for 15W-40W LED

lamp , 24V system for 50-150W LED lamp.

Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Sample shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to

arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q6: What is your Warranty Policy?

A: We offer 3 to 5 years warranty for the entire system and replace with new ones

for free in case of quality problems.
