1. Any wire damage should be replaced by qualified professional person to aviod dangerous occurs.

2. Please cut down the input power supply once the lamp works abnormal.

3. Please take measure of lighting protection, and ensure the input voltage which is stable.

4. Please put the lamp under the dry, ventilated and clean circumstance, and clean and maintian regularly.

5. Don't disassemble by yourself, avoid the electric shock as theree is high voltage inside the lamp.

Shenzhen factory covers 5000 square meters and Zhongshan subsidiary factory covers 2000 square meters. From LED encapsulation, SMT to assembly, we adopt semi-automatic production (40% labor, 60% machine) to improve the precision and consistency. Our output is 15 K - 25 K pcs /day.

4. Delivery Time: 3-7 days for samples; 5-25 days for batch goods.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: For small order, we can ship it by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. For big order, we can ship it by sea or by air.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.

A: You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
