1. After the strength test of the pipeline system, before the pressure tightness test, the cleaning and purging should be carried out in segments.
2. Blow-washing method should be based on the requirements of pipeline use and the degree of stolen goods on working medium and inner surface of pipeline. For liquid or gas pipelines whose nominal diameter is greater than or equal to 600 mm, manual cleaning should be adopted. For liquid pipelines whose nominal diameter is less than 600 mm, water cleaning should be adopted. For gas pipelines whose nominal diameter is less than 600 mm, mining should be carried out. Blow with air. Steam pipes should be purged by steam, and non-thermal pipes should not be purged by steam. Cleaning is generally carried out in the order of supervisor, branch pipe and drainage pipe.
3. Before blowing and washing of pipelines, detailed blowing and washing schemes should be worked out and carried out according to the subsection of the system.
4. Blow-wash equipment and pipes are not allowed to be separated from blow-wash system.
5. After qualified blowing and washing of pipelines, no other work affecting the cleaning of pipelines shall be carried out except for the required inspection and restoration work, and the Record of Blowing and Washing of Pipeline System shall be filled in.
6. The order of purging should be in the order of supervisor, branch pipe and drainage pipe.
Introduction:
After the installation of the pipeline system, air or steam purging can be commonly used according to the operating conditions of the working medium and the dirty degree of the inner surface of the pipeline.
The General requirements for pipe cleaning are as follows:
Equipment and pipes that are not allowed to be purged shall be isolated from the purging system.
Before cleaning the pipeline, adjusting valves, main valves, throttle valves, safety valves and instruments connected by orifices, flanges, etc. should not be installed. For the above valves and instruments connected by welding, protective measures such as bypass or unloading seals should be taken.
The order of purging should be in the order of supervisor, branch pipe and drainage pipe. The dirt blown out should not enter the qualified pipes that have been purged.
The dirt discharged by purging shall not pollute the environment and shall not be discharged at will.
Forbidden zone should be set before blowing.
No other work affecting cleaning shall be carried out after qualified pipeline cleaning.
