Operation sequence of frying machine production line equipment:
   1. Cleaning: cleaning hard objects and residues in the pan and pipeline of the fryer production line.
   2. Trial operation: turn on the slag scraping belt, upper and lower mesh belts, lifting, exhaust fan and circulating pump in sequence, observe the equipment running direction, whether it is stuck and whether there is liquid leakage.
   3. Refueling: Before refueling, completely clean the water and hard residues in the pot body and the pipeline. Add oil to cover 30-50mm above the mesh belt (add edible oil according to the actual situation of the fried product).
   4. Heating: Ensure the oil level to cover the lower mesh belt before heating.
   5. Operation: switch on or off the heating control for heating, and set the frying temperature as required. When it reaches the set temperature, it can be fried.
   6. Turn on the exhaust fan, slag scraper belt, upper and lower mesh belt and circulation pump in turn.
   7. Check the pipes and valves, and open the circulation pump.
