The full oil valve is generally used as the oil suction and discharge valve between the hydraulic cylinder and the oil tank. In the fast process of the large pressure machine, the oil absorption from the oil tank to the oil cylinder should be prevented from flowing into the oil tank from the oil cylinder when pressurizing, and the oil discharge from the oil cylinder to the oil tank when reversing.

It is often used in large hydraulic press and injection molding machine when the oil cylinder is replenishing the oil to the cylinder. When the cylinder is fast forward, a large amount of liquid is filled into the cylinder from the oil tank. During the pressurization process, the reflux from the cylinder to the oil tank can be cut off. When the cylinder returns, the pilot control pressure oil forces the full oil valve to open, is the cylinder oil back to the tank.

When the oil pressure cylinder is moving forward rapidly, the oil pump drives the small oil cylinder to move. Through the function of the filling valve, a large amount of liquid is filled into the oil pressure cylinder from the oil tank. During pressurization, cut off the flow of oil from the filling valve to the tank. When the oil pressure cylinder returns, the pilot control pressure oil forces the full oil valve to open, so that most of the oil in the oil pressure cylinder is discharged back to the oil tank through the filling valve.
