Precautions for use of Tokyo counter unloading valve:
1. When the distance between the unloading overflow valve and the accumulator (piping) is large, due to the piping resistance in the internal pilot type (standard), the valve may have been unloaded before the accumulated pressure in the accumulator reaches the set pressure of the valve.
2. The internal drain type (urg2) can be used when the back pressure of the oil circuit of the oil tank is less than 5% of the set pressure. If the back pressure exceeds the secondary condition, please use oil external drain type (urg1).
3. Please connect the oil drain pipe directly to the oil tank. When piping, please note that the end of the oil pipe must be deep below the oil level.
4. When the response speed from unloading to loading needs to be improved, please use high-pressure discharge type (V).
5. Loosen the lock nut, turn the handle to the right to increase the pressure, and to the left to decrease the pressure.
