1. Can I buy your product for my personal use?

Sorry. We are wholesaler; we do not sell one piece for personal use.

2. I could not meet your MOQ/I want to try your products in a small quantity before bulk orders.

Please send us inquiry list with OEM and quantity. We will check if we have the products in stock or in production.

3. What's your payment terms?

TT, Western Union, Ali Trade assurance.  Paypal is not acceptable in our company.

4. I got wrong product from you.

Before the order, we confirm the OEM number,photos,specifications and car models with you to avoid mistake.

5. I meet some problem while using your product.

A. The products in the warranty. Please send us the photos or videos about the bad products. If it is our quality problem, we will take the compensate you with good products or money.

B. The products out of the warranty. We will not compensate you but would like to give technical support.
