Function:
Chilling Equipment for New Energy Vihicle Battery High-low Temperature Coolant Test System is indeally designed for thermal and hydro mechanical test on permanent magnet synchronous motors, switched reluctance motors, asynchronous motors and its controllers of new energy vehicles. It can adjust the various parameters according to the testing requirements of drive motors to conduct thermal test on motors and the controllers under room temperature or higher.
According to the cooling type of motors, oil or water is used as coolant.
Oil coolant type which uses oil of automatic transmission tank(Dexron-III, Dexron-VI, Mercon V, Mercon VI, ZF) as circulation medium for testing oil-cooled drive motors to directly pump cooled oil of automatic transmission tank into the motors so that it achieves the cooling of motors. The way of cooling has a good effect and temperature control accuracy and it will not submerge motor air gap.
Water coolant type which uses demonized water or ethylene glycol solution as circulation medium for testing water-cooled drive motors according to motor testing demands. It pumps cooling medium into cooling water jackets or water pipe of motors to achieve the temperature control of motors.
Main Features
1. -40 – 120 ℃ wide range of temperature control, 0.1 ℃ for minimum temperature flunctuation
2. Accurate flow control: variable frequency drive flow control, arbitrary setting of flow output, 0.2 L/min for minimum fluctuation.
3. Thanks to direct cooling technology, the compressor take part in temperature control in the whole circulation, heating and cooling together.
4. Avoid leakage of coolant under high temperature by using silicon carbide for circulation pump and by using graphite sealing material for pipeline.
5. Multi-point temperature monitor in the circulation cycle.
6. Precise pressure gauge is used for the real time feedback.
7. Equipped with equal-square valve to test the cooling channel inner resistance of motors.
8. High temperature destruction test , to test the demagnetization property and the lubrication reliability of motors under high temperature.
