Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: Is it possible to return the money if the quality is not good ?
A: This has never been occured right now ,as we treat the quality as our key of development.Quality and service is everything for us.

Q.How about the transportation?
 A:You can choose any mode of transportation you need, sea delivery, air delivery or express delivery.

Q.How about the payment terms?
For new customers, we prefer to use T/T in advance. We can accept L/C, D/P for old customers.
