Air friction type clutch and brake integrated unit
HACB Air friction type clutch and brake integrated unit is a pneumatic shaft structure.
Combined industrial clutch and brake unit is convenient for small installation space usage.
Combination pneumatic clutch brake group HACB is a shaft mount friction type clutch and brake unit, it is an integrated structure. HACB is the combined NAC clutch and NAB brake together. This HACB clutch and brake combination can replace DSDP, HWCB, MWCB air chamber clutch-brake to be a clutch or brake as need.
HACB model air shaft clutch and brake unit is fast, it can be played for clutch or brake independently. It has three kinds of working status:
1. Clutch linked status
Supplying air pressure to clutch, clutch linked, exhausting air pressure to brake, brake released, power input via driving disc and output via shaft.
2. Brake braked status
Supplying air pressure to clutch and brake, clutch linked and brake braked, so as to brake load end of prevent load end from rotating.
3. Idle status
Exhausting air pressure to clutch and brake, clutch and brake released, shaft and load end run against resistance by inertia until stop.
Clutch and brake unit has four models: HACB-2, HACB-5, HACB-10, HACB-25. They can replace Asahi DSDP1, DSDP4, DSDP10, DSDP30,X and Nexen FWCB-8-38, FWCB-8-42, LWCB, HWCB, MWCB pneumatic clutch-brake group very well. Following is the technical data of it for your reference:
This HACB clutch and brake unit is mainly applied in packaging and printing machine, cold heading machinery, high speed stamping machinery, forging and stamping machinery, high precision punch machinery, paper making machinery, die cutting machinery, cutting machine and etc.
In this above picture shown, HACB clutch and brake unit is used in paper packing and printing machine, connected with air shaft. Brake part is connected with driving chain, when air inputted into clutch air chamber, clutch linked to transmit power from driving part to driven part. When air inputted into brake air chamber, brake clamp driving shaft to make driving part stop.
This DSDP clutch is convenient for usage, it can be applied as a clutch or brake as need, only exchange air source input part is ok.
