Features:
1.Design/Appearance a.The shell is made of cold rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying, and the inner is made of high quality SUS304B stainless steel plate.
b.The equipment owns a reasonable air duct circulation system, so that the
temperature inside can achieve the highest uniformity.
c.Equipped with a large viewing vacuum glass window, users are easy to inspect the test process.
d.Insulation material: Superfine glass fiber, temperature 300℃.
e.Seal material: The sealing strip is made of silicone foam and no deformation under 300℃.
f.Mobile casters: 3 inch universal casters with side brakes.

2.Heating system a.This system is nichrome electronic heater
The heater has features of fast response, high temperature control accuracy and comprehensive heat efficiency.
b.Medium outlet temperature is average, temperature control precision is high. It is widely used and has strong adaptability.
3.Humidity system a.This system is a stainless covered humidifier.
b.Dehumidification system adopts evaporator coil, dew point temperature and laminar contact humidifier.

4.Light system Drug High-Light Stability Test Chamber is in accordance with [ISO 10977 (1993)]D65/ID65 emission source standard, and meets the strong light test version 2015 guiding principles of drug stability, ICH:Q1B total illumination over 1.2 * 106Lux HR, near UV energy is not less than 200W - hr/m2.
5.Control system a.It adopts imported LCD screen with RS232 and RS485 interface witch can achieve functions of man-machine dialogue, wired data transmission and remote control.
b.Automatically calculate the heating and humidifying frequency with precision of 0.1℃ and 0.1%.

6.Sensor system a.Temperature: Pt100 temp sensor

7.Refrigeration system a.Two sets of French-imported, full closed refrigeration compressors which have advantages of energy saving, high efficiency and environmental protection. Japan Ineos 134a refrigerant.
b.The condenser mainly has functions of cooling, heat dissipation and evaporation, and the high pressure emission of the cooling compressor.
c.The evaporator is to dismiss the cool capacity of pipes, and also to cool and dehumidify with cold air.
d.The evaporator mainly evaporates the cooling capacity of the intake pipe, cooling and dehumidifying with the cold air.
e.Automatic defrosting system: This system is based on fast heat pump defrosting technology, and it enables users’ continuous work.
