1. Purpose
Spot welding is a metal connection that forms a permanent bond. During welding, the weldment heats up locally by the welding current and applies pressure at the contact heating point of the weldment to form a welded spot. Spot welding is currently widely used in various workpiece departments. The DN-75 DNK-100 pneumatic spot welding machine is used for single-point welding. The welding machine uses pneumatic pressure. The electrode pressure and stroke range can be adjusted at will. The welding machine is equipped with KD-160B type spot projection welding microcomputer controller, which is controlled by all procedures in the welding process, so that the welding workpiece is consistent and the welding quality is stable and reliable.

3. Features and functions
DN-75 DN-100 pneumatic pressurized spot welding machine is to use the electrode to compact the weldment, and perform spot welding directly by current heating method. The welder puts the weldment between the upper and lower electrodes and steps down the foot switch. The controller program control first connects the electromagnetic gas valve. The electromagnetic gas valve connects the compressed air to the chamber in the cylinder and connects the lower chamber to the atmosphere. The piston rod and the slider descend until the electrode presses the weldment.
If only one solder joint is needed, you can step on the foot switch. If the foot switch is kept depressed, the welding process will continue automatically.
The working stroke of the upper electrode of the welding machine and the auxiliary stroke of the upper electrode can be adjusted uniformly. The lower electrode can be adjusted in steps in the vertical direction. The pressure between the electrodes is stable and does not change due to electrode wear. Each program time in the welding cycle can be within 0.02 seconds It can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 3.98 seconds, which is enough to meet various welding needs of users.
