What are pulse equivalent, positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, FMC, FMS, CIMS in CNC machining?

(1) pulse equivalent: refers to the minimum discernible interval between two adjacent scattered details, which is an important precision index (pulse equivalent: the distance that the coordinate axis moves with each pulse issued by the numerical control machine)

(2) positioning accuracy: the accuracy of the actual position of the moving parts such as the index-controlled machine tool working table at the determined end point

(3) repeated positioning accuracy: refers to the consistency of continuous results obtained by machining a batch of parts with the same program and code on the same numerical control machine
