GVG One Direction Roller Type Freewheel Clutch

Description of Belt Conveyor Backstop :

GVG series freewheels are with rollers, centering between the inner race and outer race is carried out by means of bushes.

The torque forces are transmitted from the shaft to the inner race by means of a key.

Shaft tolerance must be h6.

If the freewheel is used as an intermittent feed, the lever must be attached lengthways using the hole for a pushrod or similar. In any case, to avoid overloading the bushes, the lever must be given a certain amount of clearance to allow for the axial movement.
