KHAKKA Air Blast Freezer is designed to freeze a wide range of products with batch loading in trays, carton.

Products are placed onto the aluminum trays which are stacked to the plate supports.

The products will be quickly frozen by high speed circulated air streams blew directly from the cooling fans over the product surfaces.

The freezer cabinet provides separate compartments with separate doors

for convenient handling (loading, unloading) ideally for batch freezing.

 For example: Tray size 600x400x80mm,15kg/tray,to -18℃,It takes about 5 hours for one batch(1 Ton).
