10CrMo910 alloy steel pipe is divided into two kinds. Alloy pipe is a kind of seamless steel pipe, its performance is much higher than that of the general seamless steel pipe, because this kind of steel pipe contains more Cr, its performance is not comparable to other seamless steel pipe, so alloy pipe is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, boiler and other industries.
On the basis of high quality carbon structural steel, one or more alloying elements are properly added to improve the mechanical properties, toughness and hardenability of the steel. Products made of such steels are usually heat treated (normalized or tempered); their parts and components are usually tempered or surface chemically treated (carburized, nitrided, etc.), surface quenched or high frequency quenched before use. Therefore, according to the different chemical composition (mainly carbon content), heat treatment process and use, this kind of steel can be roughly divided into carburizing, quenching and tempering and nitriding steel.
