Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Please send order details to us. We will issue an order on Alibaba Trade Assurance, and send you the payment link.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment≤3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥3000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance against the copy of B/L. If you have another question, pls feel free to contact us.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantity. It usually takes 15-25 days upon receipt of your 30% deposit by T/T. Sample can be delivered within 7 days.

Q: Can I buy different products in one container?
A: Yes, you can mix different models of pumps in one container.

A: 1 year, and within 24 hours reply will be provided to solve customers' problems.

Q: What is your port of loading?
A: Xiamen port.

Q: Do you have oversea agents?
A: We dont have oversea agents for Agriculture and Industrial. But for SEAFLO pumps applied in Marine & RV, we have agents in USA, UK, Denmark, Spain, Australia, Turkey, Yemen, Lebanon etc.
