GDS dynamic distribution system is a series of preciseness reliable performance of the gas dynamic dilution device, in line with the national standard, the optional configuration 2 ~ 12 mass flow controller, applied to online or laboratory preparation of standard gas, as well as to the air pocket, cylinders, such as syringe samples diluted, the system can not only the preparation of two component gases also can be mixed five-way (at most) can be extended to 12 road preparation of multicomponent mixture.In the process of dilution, the user can choose either single point dilution or multi-point continuous dilution with different concentrations. The dilution ratio can be directly set through the touch screen to quickly and conveniently complete the required sample preparation.

The system can be used for the preparation of multi-component standard gas which is gaseous at room temperature and can be used for the research of multi-point calibration of sensors.

Five-component dynamic gas distribution system
The system USES the most advanced measurement and control technology in the world, the equipment is stable and reliable, and the preparation accuracy is high.Full automatic control, simple and reliable operation.The equipment is integrated in a case.The appearance is simple and beautiful.Main equipment includes: operating software, LCD touch screen, mass flow controller, one-way valve, globe valve, fire resistance valve, gas mixing pipeline, etc.
The system has 5 mass flow controllers and can achieve 2 ~ 5 component gas mixing ratio.Can set aside a few more, in order to facilitate the later expansion, there are as many as 50 or 60 kinds of gas in the system database, when using the computer directly access to the choice.Maximum flow rate of mixed gas: ≈ 5 L/min.Valve channel: 5 channels, expandable channels up to 12 channels.

2. Gas path
The gas path of the whole system is made of 316 stainless steel pipe or ptfe which is anticorrosive and anti-adsorption

3. Computer and system software
1) the valve distribution system is operated by computer. The computer needs to provide its own or other purchased valve distribution software.

The valve system can set cylinders and corresponding ports as required.And can pass through
Flow mode and concentration mode valve.Through software automatic calculation, the gas mass flow controller automatically adjusts and controls the gas flow to realize the gas ratio concentration requirement.
