Air disengaged brake for sudden braking HABB-5

HABB air disengaged brake is also called spring applied air release brake. Just as its name, this kind of brake is different with regular NAB model brake, its working theory is contrary to NAB air engaged brake. That is to say, when its air intercepted, this AHBB brake is braked by spiral springs, after inputting air pressure, springs compressed, cylinder, piston frame and friction pads go back, brake released. So it is usually called normal braking brake.

This kind of normal braking air released brake can transmit high braking torque in 0.6Mpa air pressure from 59N.m to 451N.m. HABB model spring applied brake is friction type brake, so it is suitable for high speed rotation, max rotating speed can reach to 3600r/min. Details of this brake technical data as below:
