Hydraulic Electric Injector(HEUI) Test Bench

Application:

HEUI test bench is designed to test HEUI injector, is the latest advance test bench.

Function:

u  Measurement fuel delivery of HEUI injectors.

u  Sealing test for injector upper seat of the solenoid control valve.

Specification:

u  AC Power: 3-Phase, 380V/50Hz or 230V/60Hz or 460V/60Hz.

u  Drive System for Actuation Pump

1. 1.     7.5KW AC Induction Motor
2. 2.     VFD(Variable Frequency Drive) Motor Controller.

u  Actuation Pump

1. 1.     Pressure Range of Actuation Oil: 0~3000psi(0~210bar)
2. 2.     Low Pressure Test Oil Supply: 0~60psi(0~4bar)

u  Test Oil Tank Capacity: 10.5US gallons(40 liters)

u  Test Oil Temperature Control

1. 1.     Range: 30~50 ℃
2. 2.     Accuracy: +/-1℃

u  Digital Display.

u  The test oil should meet ISO4113 standard.
