PQ400 fuel injector and double springs injector tester

When you use it ,you should connect to an air compressor,the interface to the compressor is on the right of PQ400,you can see it.

Operatin manual:

A  oil pressure gauge  

B  Air supply pressure gauge

C  Air supply throttle

If the throller whirls in clockwise,quantity of input air is less,oil of input is less. Inverse, the oil of input will increase.thus we use it to control the quick or slow of the air flow.

D  Governor valve

We pull it out and start it,thus we can adjsut the pressure.

The rate of oil pressure and air pressure is 100:1,For example , if air pressure is 7 kg,oil pressure is 700 kg.

When you rotate it in clockwise ,we can increase the pressure,

Inverse, the pressure will drop

E  Air switch valve

if the air switch valve is pulled ,then the air valve opens, if the air switch valve is pushed,the air valve closes.

F  oil pipe interface

you can connect it to oil pipe,and connect the pipe to injector.

H:Injector clip

We put the injector to this clip,and it give a support site to injector

G  oil tank

You should fall oil to this oil tank,thus it is ok.

When you want to test the injector,connect to F, and connect the PQ400 to air compressor,open E ,and adjust Dand C to adjust the pressure and flow ,thus you can test the injector.
