  It can test HEUI produced by most manufacturer. It completely simulates the injection principle of HEUI. Oil measurement, fuel temperature, lub. oil temperature, injection time, injection pulse frenquency are all with digital display. Lub. oil pressure is displayed by shakeproof pressure gauge. Clear display, stable work, high control accuracy. Drive signal can be adjusted, you will have a safe repairing maintenance.

Configuration                                                                                       

• 1. Controlled by industrial computer at real time, Windows operating system;
  2.Oil quantity is measured by sensor and displayed on computer;
  3.Injection drive signal pluse width and frequency is adjustable;
  4.The drive signal’s percentage is adjustable;
  5.Short circuit protection function;
  6.The injection time or injection times of injector can be set by yourself;
  7.Date can be searched and saved.

Automatically test different models solenoid valve injectors (HEUI CAT C7 C9 C-9 3126,3408)

1.High pressure cleaning

2.Atomization test: to judge if the injector is blocked

3.Seal test: check the sealing performance of the nozzle, the Nozzle nut and solenoid valve.

4.Injector test: Test the injected fuel and the volume of return under rated speed, idle, emission status, pre-injection and preinjection.

5. Check the solenoid valve current of the injector, lifting the valve assembly, fuel injection lift.
