4. test 12 cylinder at one time.

Used for Bosch in line pumps of K,M,MW,A,B,BV,P(ZU,ZW,ZM) and BOSCH rotative distributor injection pumps EP/VA,EP/VM,VE….F…,also used for Chinese pumps such as Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,K,P7,BQ.etc.

1. Fuel delivered of each cylinder on any speed can be tested
2. Speed, temperature, counter, pressure, Rack meter can be displayed on the computer of test bench.
3. Rack traveling curve can be displayed
4. 15'',17'' CRT or LCD monitor
5. Directly driven by motor, variable frequency stepless speed regulation.
6. Static inspection on the delivery time of each cylinder
7. Inspection on Performance of the mechanical governor
8. Inspection on performance of the solenoid valve of VE pump
9. Inspection on performance of the pneumatic governor
10. Inspection on the performance of the Pressure Compensator
11. Oil returned volume of distribute pump
12. Inspection on the Inner pressure of the VE pump
13. Inspection on the performance of the minus pressure of pneumatic governor

6. Measurement of oil return of distributing pump
7. Testing of the electromagnetic valve of distributor pump.(12V/24V)
8. Measurement of the internal pressure of distributor pump.
9. Checking of the advance angle of advance device.(on request)
10. Checking the sealing of injection pump body
11. Install tube of auto-sucking oil supply can check on oil supply pump(including VE pump.)
