1: Mold:

2: Punching:
We have advanced numerical control equipment, which can produce high-quality products. The daily output can reach 2000 ㎡, and the thickness of the plate can be 0.1mm-25mm.
3: Forming:
The round holes on the metal plate can be punched into various patterns according to the program of the programming staff.
4: Cutting:
Cut to the size you need.
5: Trimming:
It can help you to remove the redundant edges according to your requirements
6: Levelling:
We can use the leveler to restore the original flat state of the deformed punched plate. The steel plate with thickness of 0.8mm-12mm can be leveled.
7: Cleaning:
The process of punching requires the use of lubricants, but we also have a process of oil removal to remove the traces on its surface, so that the orifice plate appears clean.
8: Manufacturing, forming and deep processing:
