PRODUCT FEATURES

Pleated filter elements can be made of quality stainless steel woven wire cloth and filter papers. Firstly, thes tainless steel woven meshes will be cut into a right size.  Then the meshes will be  pleated (folded) in the pleating machine.  Third place is to make the pleated meshes into filter pieces or roll it into tubes, and add some necessary parts to make it a filter cartridge.

The alternative filter media can be sintered mesh, sintered fiber cloth, or filter papers.

Pleated filter elements enjoy the characteristics of long duarable life span, easy cleaning, low cost, etc. The pleated mesh or paper filter elements we manufacture are widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, pharmaceutics, machinery, metallurgy, ceramics, dispose of sewage, foodstuff and beverage, cosmetic, etc.
