Hot air blower are generally composed of four parts: a heater, a fan, a temperature control system, and a cabinet.
 
1. Heater: Made of pure 2080 nickel-chromium high-efficiency heating wire in a high-temperature porcelain tube to form a star structure, high-quality high-temperature-resistant stainless steel sleeves, lightweight crystal insulation fiber blankets, 95 porcelain wiring boards and other components are manufactured by integrated packaging technology. The resistance wire directly heats the air, which can maximize the electrothermal conversion efficiency (98%). It has the characteristics of fast heating, small thermal inertia, accurate temperature control, and long life. The power is from 1.5KW ~ 500KW, and the outlet temperature can reach 800 ℃, which can be designed and produced according to user needs.
 
2. Blower: The patented design of the high-temperature hot air heater is used for 24 hours of work. The air volume is adjusted by frequency converter, which is more energy-saving, high controllability, and less heat loss.

3. Temperature control system: PID / SSR and PID / SCR options, high control accuracy, multiple safety protection circuits, stable and reliable. It can be networked with industrial computer to realize automatic programmed control. The temperature of the air outlet is measured by imported K-type thermocouple to accurately detect the instant air temperature.

4. Box: The cold plate is sheared by the CNC shearing machine, folded by the CNC folding machine, and then punched by the CNC punching machine. After pickling, phosphating, spraying, and high temperature curing, it is finished (the process is self-explanatory and does not need to be recommended to users). The material is a high-quality steel sheet with a small difference in workmanship, with a reasonable structure, high strength, and good durability, ensuring the stability and reliability of the entire machine.
